Step 1
Submit the online form
Tell us who you are — full name, contact number, e-mail address and the kind of account you need. Make sure every detail is accurate and current; the form goes straight to the BSGTR onboarding desk.
Step 2
Complete and sign the documents
Download the KYC pack below. Fill in each form, sign where indicated, and save the completed documents as PDFs. Our compliance team reviews every page before an account is approved.
Step 3
Upload the signed PDFs
Attach the completed, signed documents to the application form on this page. They are transmitted directly to BSGTR together with your details. Await confirmation or further instructions from our team.

Step 2 · The KYC pack

Print, complete and sign every document that applies to you. Corporate applicants should also provide the authorisation letters.
